Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tour. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  1. Cancellation or rescheduling with 24-hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and offer the slot to other customers. If you cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice, there will be no charge.
  2. Cancellation or rescheduling without 24-hour notice: If you cancel or reschedule your tour without providing us with at least 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of part or all of the tour amount.
  3. Cancellation or rescheduling of “by-plane tours” with 48-hour notice: For our “by-plane tours” (such as Cairo by Plane or Luxor by Plane), we require at least 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This is because these tours involve additional arrangements and have a limited number of seats available. If you cancel or reschedule with 48-hour notice, there will be no charge.
  4. Cancellation or rescheduling of “by-plane tours” without 48-hour notice: If you cancel or reschedule a “by-plane tour” without providing us with at least 48-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of part or all of the tour amount.

Cancellation Policy for Kids:
At Travelino Club, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, particularly when traveling with kids

In such situations, we have a flexible cancellation policy for kids.

  • For bookings involving kids, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in a 50% refund ( Excluding “By-plane tours” ).
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled
