We did the mount mouses which is also called as Mt Sinai, you will need to be physically fit to do this tedious trek. Transportation, Communication and guide were on point. Definitely recommend

Although we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of visiting St. Katherine and Mount Sinai, our experience with Travelino tour company was less than expected.What they did well:- they arrived on time to collect us from our hotel- there were no unexpected entrance fees etc.- the bus was cleanWhere they could improve :1. the trip from Sharm to St. Katherine is only 216km and should only take 2h45-3h15...however we were collected at 8pm and we only arrived at St. Katherine at 01:45. That's 5.5, nearly 6 hours in a bus. The trip back took us 5 hours (9:30am - 2:30pm)2. They promised water and a light breakfast... We were given no water (however we were shown where to collect safe water at the Monastery - post the hike up and down Mount Sinai) and the "breakfast" was a small date bar - definitely not sufficient if given to you at 9:30am when your last meal was at 7pm the evening before the big hike.3. There were MANY unnecessary stops at gas stations... And no one warned us that we'd need to take our own toilet paper and 5LE for each time we wanted to use the toilet.4. Our "guide" struggled to understand and speak English and seemed a lot more comfortable talking Russian to all the Russian tourists part of our group. He also joined for the bus ride and then handed us over to a local Bedouin guide to take us up the mountain. The Bedouin guide understood even less English.... So much for an English tour.5. The Bedouin guide did a terrible job of keeping our group together on the mountain and we all split ways halfway up and we were not a joined group coming down.6. We were told we'd have a tour of the monastery at 8:30am however that's all we were told. We were comfortably down the mountain by 7:30am and we then just "hung around" outside the Monastery for an hour since our guide was not around and we didn't know if we could enter the monastery or not (you may... Feel free to go in, walk around, use the bathroom, visit the cafeteria etc). Our guide then only arrived at 8:45 am and the monastery tour was very rushed.7. There were too many people placed on our bus... There and back we were cramped in and the guide had to stand on the stairs leading into the bus for much of the trip.Overall... Much to be improved. We won't be booking with this company again (and I say this confidently after having experiences with other tour companies in Sharm as well where the experience was entirely different and communication phenomenal.)

We booked a private snorkeling boat tour with Travelino. Everything was organized well, we enjoyed our time!Communication with the travel agent was easy and straightforward.Everything that was promised was delivered.Great service. We will book here again when we come back to Sharm.

If you're traveling alone and wonder if you can trust anyone in another country, then trust this agency 😊 I was in Egypt by myself and wanted to go to different places. Communication, professionalism, and accountability is excellent. I'm glad I found them and each of their agents made sure I felt comfortable and the main owner/ manager checked on me multiple times during the trips to make sure I was were I was supposed to be. I 100% recommend it. Thank you for everything 😊
